Enquiry forms

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, message, the enquiry type and any services, organisation or telephone number you provide. The site sends these to our business mailbox using the hosting provider’s mail transport. We use them to answer you and to deliver any service that follows.

Hosting and mail processing

Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses in server logs, to run the site and send email. Their own terms govern those logs.

Abuse protection

To limit misuse, the form handler stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter for 15 minutes, outside the public website. Expired files are removed when later requests are made.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide services and meet legal obligations. We do not state a fixed period here; the owner must confirm the actual policy.

Cookies and browser storage

No analytics, advertising or other optional cookies are installed. Your cookie choice is kept in localStorage so the banner is not shown again; form drafts and the support checklist are kept in sessionStorage in your tab only. You can change the choice with the “Cookie choice” button in the footer, or clear your browser storage.

Under UK data protection law you may ask for access, correction or erasure, or object to processing. Write to the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
